Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Caraa bag.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full refund so long as the item is in new condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged). Return approval is up to our discretion based on these conditions.

For a full refund, mail out your item within 14 days from the original shipment date. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of shipment. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Studio Croco

Due to the luxury nature of the Studio Croco bags, all sales are final.

We encourage you to contact us at contact@caraasport.com with any questions prior to your purchase. We highly recommend noting the dimensions and scale of all products before purchasing.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@caraasport.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Refunds

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time.

If you return an item from outside of the continental United States, Caraa Sport will refund the original amount paid minus the return shipping cost, if the return shipping label was provided by Caraa Sport. The full amount will be returned if the order is in original condition (as described above) and if the customer paid for return shipping.
